Woodley & Bunny Launches West Coast Flagship

Woodley & Bunny now has a second brick and mortar—a West Hollywood, California, beauty apothecary—in the Los Angeles area.

Six years ago, co-founders Misha and Erin Anderson opened their Brooklyn, New York-based, hybrid apothecary and full-service salon.

Like their original, well-known beauty business, the 600-square-foot apothecary boasts a tightly edited assortment of internationally sourced products, including hair care, skin care, makeup, fragrances and gifts. And as in Brooklyn, it prides itself in being a home to new and never-before-seen brands that invoke exploration, discovery and delight. Key elements of the West Coast flagship are a mini facial bar, brow shaping and makeup application.

The Andersons, who are veterans of the music and fashion industries, say their vision for Woodley & Bunny is a collective of best-in-breed talent and professional-quality products that allows clients to enhance their own personal style—instead of merely purchasing one.

“In heading West, our intention is to bring a decidedly Brooklyn experience to the West Coast," adds Misha. "Our original flagship in [the] Williamsburg [area of Brooklyn] has for the past six years been in the heart of the cultural hub of an emerging neighborhood that recently hit its stride. Our concept is one where shoppers can find sophisticated, luxurious and cool products that are super effective and best in category."
