Sally Beauty Supply Honors Conair Corp., Denman, Fisk Industries, Namaste Laboratories as "Partners in Progress" at CPNA 2013

Sally Beauty Supply—the world's largest retailer of professional-beauty supplies with more than 3,300 stores—honored Conair Corp., Denman, Fisk Industries and Namaste Laboratories as “Partners in Progress” at a VIP breakfast during Cosmoprof North America 2013 in Las Vegas July 14-16.

“We are pleased to honor our outstanding manufacturers,” says Mike Spinozzi, Sally Beauty Supply president. “These companies have the same dedication to quality and customer service that is the hallmark of Sally Beauty’s success.”

The four vendors were selected for their success in helping increase sales and maintaining superior inventory management. Most importantly, the companies were recognized for supporting innovation with new products and creative marketing programs.

Sally Beauty Supply's Newest "Partners in Progress"

  • Conair was founded in 1959, doing business as Continental Hair Products, and was one of the first companies to partner with Sally Beauty Supply. Today the company, under the leadership of the Rizzuto family, conducts business in more than 101 countries, with more than $2.5 billion in sales.
  • In 1938, inventor Jack Denman Dean patented the legendary Denman Brush, marking the first commercial use of nylon by injection molding. Celebrating its 75th anniversary as a family-owned company, Denman is focused on remaining committed to its high standards of professionalism, quality and continuity of supply.
  • Fisk Industries is a family-owned business that provides unique cosmetic solutions for specific beauty problems. It has been in partnership with Sally Beauty for more than 35 years in various product categories.
  • Namaste was founded in 1996 to address the needs of the health-conscious, multicultural consumer market. Namaste Organic Root Stimulator works to deliver on its promise of natural, healing hair care—something of which is important to the Sally Beauty customer. The brand has been applauded for setting the standard for superior sales, innovation and on-time deliveries at Sally Beauty.
