Sally Beauty continues to embrace technology to improve the customer experience. The company has announced its expansion of ColorView to the Sally Beauty app and kiosks in 500 retail stores across the country.
With the help of Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality, ColorView allows consumers to virtually try on both makeup and hair color options before purchase, allowing them to feel more confident in their beauty purchases. This new innovation also gives the customer the option of “Add to Cart” or “Save for Later” after every try, providing ease and convenience during the shopping journey. This new app will be available for both iPhones and Androids and will include brands such as Ion, Arctic Fox, Wella, Good Dye Young, COL-LAB and Ardell.
