Cosmoprof North America, which was recently named No. 103 of 2013's Top 250 Trade Shows in the United States by Trade Show News Network, will be providing a social-media conference for the upcoming 2014 show, scheduled for July 13-15 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
The professional-beauty trade show moved up nine spots from its ranking as No. 112 of the Top 250 Trade Shows in the United States in 2012, per TSNN—a trade show industry news source. CPNA was recognized for its consistent growth in net square footage.

CPNA also recently announced a social-media conference that will be presented during the 2014 show. “The Beauty of Social Media: It Delivers” is scheduled for July 15 at 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The conference will be moderated by Brooke Carlson, ScD., a professor in FIT's School of Graduate Studies Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management master's degree program. Its online marketing experts are Kendra Bracken-Ferguson, COO of Digital Brand Architects; Erick Brownstein, founder of TheNewAgency.com; Johnny Miller, founder of Bamboo Engine; and Melinda Wittstock, CEO of Verifeed.
The session is open to all CPNA event attendees. Prior to June 13, PBA members can register for $30, while non-members can purchase tickets for $40. After this deadline, ticket prices increase to $40 for PBA members and $50 for non-members.
