Perfume Manufacturer Opens Small-Businesses Unit

Major scent maker UNIQUE Fragrance has opened a new business unit to create branded private-label fragrances for small to mid-size retailers, as well as artists, fashion, music and jewelry labels.

Launching their own perfume lines enable retailers and labels to complete their product portfolios and to upgrade their brand images, say company officials.

Retailers and labels can create their own perfume brands starting at just 50 bottles.

Downton Abbey Fine Fragrance Collection

This collection of sensual and sophisticated perfumes is designed to embody the personality and style of the central female characters of the TV show "Downton Abbey," including Anna Bates, Lady Cora, Lady Mary, Daisy Mason, Lady Edith, Lady Rose and Countess Violet. The collection’s fragrances are crafted in the artisanal method used by master perfumers during the early 1900s, which is when the TV show takes place. The rich and varied scents of the fragrances have been crafted from pure perfume oils without alcohol, chemicals, additives, artificial colors, parabens or phthalates.

The brand donates a minimum 5% from each bottle sold. Specifically, each eau de parfum in the Pour le Monde collection benefits a coordinating charity: Envision benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society; Together benefits the Cancer Support Community; and Empower supports Guiding Eyes for the Blind, which provides dogs that empower the visually impaired and children with autism.
