Beauty Store Business readers can soon sign up for two free, three-day badges per company—a $270 value—to attend Cosmoprof North America 2014 July 13-15 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, show officials have announced.

BSB readers can use the special "BEAUTY$14" code, they have added. Online registration to start the process will be open by April 15.

Cosmoprof North America 2012 starts Sunday at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas. When the clock strikes 10 that morning opening up the show floor for business, it will also mark the 10th anniversary of CPNA.

Cosmoprof North America 2012 will offer a panel featuring three social-marketing experts as part of its lineup of educational sessions.

Topics to be covered include identifying the most appropriate social-networking platforms for one’s brand, how to implement programs that reflect one’s business model and ad-campaign messages, and how online consumer feedback can be utilized to gain insight about one’s company.

Cosmoprof North America is launching SPOTLIGHTS, an exclusive initiative within the Discover Beauty program. The goal of the new exhibit space is to allow some very creative small companies with tight budgets the opportunity to showcase their products at CPNA, which is attended by boutique retail store owners, major salon and spa owners, and international buyers from more than 100 countries.
