01.15.10 Beauty 360 Launches Ecommerce Site CVS/pharmacy
recently introduced ecommerce capabilities for its Beauty 360 beauty stores at beauty360.com.
The new ecommerce site offers one-stop shopping for prestige beauty products, as well as everyday necessities and prescriptions through a shared shopping basket across beauty360.com and cvs.com.
"With the introduction of ecommerce for Beauty 360, we're making shopping for these luxury beauty products more convenient for everyone—especially the nearly 6 million customers who visit CVS/pharmacy each month," says Mike Bloom, senior vice president of merchandising and supply chain for CVS/pharmacy.
Beauty360.com offers prestige beauty products from Vincent Longo, Philip B, Canyon Ranch, Freeze 24.7, Cargo, Bioelements, Neil George, Jack Black, Anthony Logistics for Men, Laura Geller, Paula Dorf, BORBA Cosmetics and other brands.
Beauty 360 brick-and-mortars, which launched in November 2008, are adjacent to select CVS/pharmacy locations and provide convenient access to a wide and varied assortment of prestige cosmetic, skincare, haircare, fragrance and grooming brands.
Currently, Beauty 360 has eight U.S. brick-and-mortars with plans to continue to grow with additional locations opening throughout this year.
Beauty 360 shoppers also reap the benefits of the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare Rewards program—the largest retail-loyalty program in the world, which provides 2% money back on all purchases, among other benefits.
