Nail Art Society has launched its beauty-sampling service, which will deliver packages chock-full of nail-art accessories, professional nailcare tools and nail polishes to its U.S. members' doors monthly.

“What nail art essentially provides is a way to use your hands as an expression of yourself—an outlet to show your identity and sense of style,” says Tia Valenciano, Nail Art Society founder.
