Star Avenue Capital Invests in Macadamia Natural Oil

Consumer growth-equity firm Star Avenue Capital announced on Sept. 12 an undisclosed investment in professional haircare brand Macadamia Natural Oil.

Star Avenue Capital was formed in partnership with private-equity firm Irving Place Capital and entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency.

This investment is its first in the beauty space.
