When you hear the name Ken Russo, most people in the beauty biz think of the name Conair and vice versa. After 30-plus years at Conair, the well-respected, professional beauty-industry executive has decided to leave the company "in order to pursue a new chapter" in his life.

"I would not change the last 30-plus years for anything," Russo tells Beauty Store Business. "Both the experience and the long-term friendships in and out of Conair have been very fulfilling.
